Manchester Fountain

We were presented with a collapsing hillside full of broken concrete flagstones. The owners said only that they wanted something ' special ' to surround their recently acquired water feature.

I decided on a bespoke ancient compass design which I cut from Indian stone. This I had to do because ' off the shelf ' designs are rarely of the right size. We laid cable for the water feature and for lighting and then built the surrounding walls. One of our proudest moments.
